Shipping rates

Shipping rates vary depending on destination (check the list below to see yours!).

ATLANTIS BRAND will not assume any costs due to wrong input addresses (both for delivery address and invoice address). This means the client remains responsible for any costs due to this type of mistakes.

Time of delivery

The expected delivery timing starts running once the product has left our warehouse. For orders placed after 3pm, weekends or national holidays, they will be handled the next business day. Delivery to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may have a delay of one or two business days. During sales, promotions or other remarkable periods, orders may also have a small delay.

We cannot guarantee a specific time and day of delivery, as this is handled by the transport agency, not ATLANTIS. 

If you are absent during the time of delivery, the transport agent will try again later or next day. In case of being absent twice, you will get a notification to pick up your order at the pick up point the agent considers. Usually, you will have a period of 10 days to pick it up, so please, be responsible :)

Spain (peninsula): 

Free Shipping (up to 2kg).

Standard shipping takes 2 - 5 business days.

Spain (non-peninsula): 

Rate 6,50€ (up to 2kg).

Standard shipping takes up to 5 business days.

European Union:

General Rate 11,99€ (up to 2kg).

Standard shipping takes up to 10 business days.

Worldwide:

General Rate 25,99€ (up to 2kg)

Standard shipping takes up to 12 business days.
